 We decided to sell the house that we own in Jacksonville Commons.  Any tips for how to sell quickly in the Jacksonville area?  It is a really nice 3/2, which would be perfect for any young couple, and it is very convenient to Lejeune, New River, and Geiger.  Any ideas?

A good realtor will help your house sell quickly. When I go on realtor.com I can't believe the disgusting pictures on some houses. When we sold our last house our realtor advertised it and made it look fabulous in the photos.
