Ive started looking for a job here at Ft. sill with no luck.  I'm looking for a government job at the hospital or associated clinics.  At first I was getting "not qualified", then I changed my resume to include more key words from the job duties and now I'm getting "qualified but not sent to selection".  I need to know what to do to get my resume in the hands of the person selecting candidates.  Im more than qualified for the jobs im applying for. Especially since Im a disabled veteran and a military wife.  I should be getting preference, and with my qualifications, there should be no problem seeing that Im perfect for the job.  Does anyone have any ideas on what Im doing wrong or what I could change???Anything would be awesome. Im going for a GS job so its easier to transfer with my husband. He only has 6 years left, but its still hard to find a new job after a PCS move. Thanks in advance for any help!
