What about:
a leather (possibly embossed) journal/notebook
a keychain/tag
a toiletries bag with initials
a phone case
a piece of "man jewelry" like a necklace or bracelet (don't know if your DH likes that kind of stuff)
gloves
decorative pillow
portfolio (for notepad & notes)

Etsy has a bunch of awesome handmade stuff if you want something a little more unique.

Why is it always so hard to think of good anniversary gifts? When all else fails I guess there is always beer.

If anyone is out west there are some great San Francisco tours that will take you to some amazing shops full of gift ideas (like discussed previously).
