It's still a developing story, but another oil rig has exploded 80 miles off the coast of LA. They say 12 were/are overboard and 1 is missing.

At least it looks like they're all accounted for now....something needs to be done about this kind of stuff though!!!

All 13 have been released from the hosiptal. Thank goodness no oil is leaking into the gulf. Unfortunately I honestly don't think they will ever figure out why or how this stuff happens. It happens all the time just most of us don't realize it. The only reason it is headline news now is because of the BP oil spill.

There's been a reported "sheen" from the rig.

And now there's no oil sheen. Sheesh! I wish the news would make up their minds!
