This will be a weekly post for everyone to post their accomlishments from the previous week and new goals for the upcoming week. Short term goals really help keep me on track to my end goal and knowing what others are struggling with or reaching to achieve can be helpful. This first one will just be a goal setter post. Then next week we can reflect back and set new goals.
What is your long term goal? (just for this first post so we can all get to know each other a little)
What are your goals for this week?
*Long term goal: reduce body fat% to a healthy range (down 3%), get back into a size 6 or smaller, lead an overall healthy lifestyle
*This week: work out at least 5 days and abstain from dessert foods

Long term goal is to get to a healthy weight (no actual number yet) before starting TTC. Short term goal is to lose 15 lbs by labor day. I just weighed in at WW this evening. I am down 1.6 for the week and a total of 9.6 since I started. |

Long term: I would like to tone up before my husband comes back this winter. So far I have quit soda/energy drinks and fast food. I don't need to be filling up my stomach with food that wont nurish me. :-) Short term: I would like to start jogging on a regular basis and stop eating right before going to bed. |

Long term: I have about 100 pounds to lose so that will take a long time, but that is why it is long term. Short term: Go on a walk every day and twice a day when possible. |

Navybride...we can be buddies!! Long term goal: To lose 100 pounds total, so far I have lost 19 from my original weight los goal...I know it's a big goal, and outside this forum, nobody knows my number! Short Term: Look into the Couch25k program, get back on the wagon with eating better (slipped ALOT the past 3-4 days, have gained back 2 pounds) and start moving, even if it's only a little! Someone please yell at me for eating pizza and fries today? |

No yelling at yourself. Just do better tomorrow! Beating yourself up won't help. |

Brittany while I was on weight watchers getting to goal I always allowed myself one cheat meal a week. Usually it was a Wednesday night after the weigh in. I would go home and eat anything I wanted to dinner...the deal was though it was just the one meal...I didn't do it all day and when I got up the next morning I was right back on the wagon. I did that every week and got to my goal without ever having a gain week. |

Ok I get cleared on Thurs to workout again.... Short Term: Get into a bikini before the summer's over.....even if it is just in the yard, but if I have to give a pounds number then lose another 10. Long Term: Get into a size 7/8 for when DH comes home in 2013 from his entire deployment......so I have some time to work on that. Im so glad I can get on here and keep track of everything...... Is it possible to start an ongoing topic like Week 1 and then at the end of the week (Sat/Sun) everyone goes in a posts on how they did that week? Just a thought. |

Jimmy's wife, given what you have been through in the past few months....cut yourself some slack....don't even step on a scale for a while! My trainer has banned me from the scale! |

Go to the website. They have different levels of plans, online only, meeting only, online+meeting and they all cost different amounts. Right now I have the monthly pass...it is like $40 a month and I get access to everything online plus as many meetings as I want to attend. For $40 a month, that is $10 a week or the equivalent of a cup of starbucks coffee a day. If you can find room in the budget for something like coffee every day, or lunch/dinner out with friends every week, you have room in the budget for WW. |
