A North Carolina woman says she is
on the trail of a couple who bought a suitcase filled with personal effects from her husband, who was killed in Iraq in 2007.
Lindsay Whitehouse of Jacksonville sold the luggage piece at a yard sale last weekend without realizing it was still packed with photographs, awards and other mementos of her late husband.
To complicate the process, the unidentified buyers had told her they planned to resell the suitcase at a flea market somewhere in the state.
