HAMPTON ROADS, VA – CinCHouse kicked off its summer Weight Loss Challenge with the help of SlimFast! Many of military spouses have two months or less before their husbands come home from deployment, and CinCHouse wants to help spouses lose those last 5-10 pounds. Twenty people were chosen as our core participants, but all visitors welcome to join in. These 20 people will receive the following help:
* SlimFast will provide one month worth of product -- free – shipped to their homes
* A free consultation with a registered dietician, Christopher Speed MND APD, courtesy of SlimFast
* Their blog featured on CinCHouse
* The cheerleading and support from everyone at CinCHouse to accomplish their goal

Our bloggers are located in Chicago, Wichita, Jacksonville NC, Norfolk, El Paso, San Diego, Seattle, Montgomery, Columbus GA, Yuma, Fort Campbell (Nashville) and Lakenheath, England. Each location contains powerful stories about the struggles and stressed faced by military spouses and women in uniform to stay fit.
