Free Baby Bootie Camp Workout!

Here is a little holiday treat to all the new moms out there (if you are not one, I am sure you know someone who is and can pass this along). I uploaded the entire 15 minute NikkiFitness Baby Bootie Camp workout and 15 minute soothing yoga stretch (for anyone) onto YouTube for a limited time. The video was shot in Mexico on the beach, and uses your baby as the weight. My 4 month old did not like little shakes and jiggles to calm his fussy fits, instead he loved squats and lunges. My little personal trainer helped me to create this full body workout to slim and sculpt mommy and soothe baby.
